Oh no, another book about immigration.
Another download from the library. This time I’ll have to do the reading myself.

I chose this book because 1. recommended by a friend 2. audiobook available from library and I want something to listen to while I crochet.
Whoa…made the mistake of reading several scathing reviews on Goodreads. Even though I really liked the movie, Man on Fire, drug cartel violence is not my genre. I’ll give it a listen and if I don’t like it who says I have to finish it?!

After 72 years as a Native Texan, I am starting a new chapter in my life by moving to New Mexico. Santa Fe is more than great art and green chile. I want to learn more of the history and the culture. Death Comes to the Archbishop seems like a good place to start my education.
