Bought this specifically for help with anxiety and already I feel a sense of relief from just reading a couple chapters. No fluff, all the important info. I have been to therapy before and heard some of these things but I love how this book puts it all together. It’s exactly as described, a mental health toolkit. Can’t wait to work through the anxiety action plan at the back of the book.
