Utterly Undead Reads > Recent Status Updates

So far, so good. Some I love, some are just okay, only one so far that I didn't care for. None yet that I've debated not reading through until the end.

Enjoying it immensely so far. This one reminds me of World War Z, in a way. The author does a great job of mixing what's going on as the outbreak progresses both nationally and worldwide while weaving the personal story of a surviving couple.

Eh...mixed feelings so far. Wished I had waited to read the first until the second was out, because with such a long gap between releases, I'm not feeling the secondary characters as I've forgotten so many of them. Plot is a bit confusing at points, but good enough that I'm still reading. Feeling luke-warm about the MC...too much unexplained anger. Maybe something I've forgotten from the 1st book? Not referenced yet.

While the political digs are tiresome, this one is interesting enough to cast them aside in favor of just immersing myself in a great story. Loving the various characters, along with the plot.

Enjoying it over all, but already tired of the digs at the political right and Fox News.
