Una novela maravillosa, de un lirismo bello. Lo estoy disfrutando

It's not that I'm not enjoying it, it's just bland. Nothing great happening, or at least it seems so to me. And as I always say when a book is not going great, it just might be me. We all have our days and weeks when everything is a little weird, and not the fault of the author.

It must not be my lucky month with my chosen books to read. This is another main character that I am a little desperate with. Everything scares her, I find her week, unsure... It's probably just me, as the book before this one the character was driving me crazy with her complaining attitude. I've looked at other reviews of this book and it seems that it will get better. I hope so!

I am out of my brain being bored by the main character. Her constant anxiety, the repeat of on and on about her feelings, the repetitions of things already said before. I have looked at the reviews and they are not bad, so I am going to struggle forward with this. She has just reached Scotland, so I hope it gets better.

Not a lot is happening, it's entertaining but not outstanding yet.

This a definitely a slow read. You have to digest it, think about every paragraph that you read, the meaning behind the words. ¡It´s delicious!

Read this when I was young. I was crazy about Bradbury, read everything I could get my hands on. This is turning out as a great reread.

This has started out as a bit of a heavy read, but miraculously it hooks you right in. So I am definitely going forward and so far enjoying it.

I read these books when they first came out and I must say that they are just as good today as then. I've bought the first three volumes of inspector Lynely and Havers, let's see how they go and if I want to get the rest.

I bought this book in the year 2008 and have reread it every summer since. I love Stephen King, some of his books more than others, but this one is extra special. If you have read it you know why already, if you haven't, your in for a wonderful surprise.

I'm really enjoying this, like I said before, it was a gift and not something I would have bought. So it's a nice surprise!

This novel was given to me as a gift. Not something I would of chosen. Let's see how it goes.

It's taking me a little longer to finish this novel. I thought it would be similar to the five novels I had read of this author but it's different. Not boring, just not so engaging for me.

Only one hundred pages in and I'm in love. What a beautiful novel. I have my heart set that it will only get better.

It has been a slow start, but seems to be picking up now.

Ohhh.... this book is good!

I just started this yesterday, and I must say that I´m hooked. I love books with things happening constantly and not long-winded descriptions of characters' feelings or of the nature of the place. I have to work a little today, but afterwards I´m just going to be reading this novel this weekend!

No me importa que la novela gire en torno al cambio climático, pero que lo mencionen a cada momento nada más empezar se está convirtiendo en un poco rollo. Quiero acción, aventura y misterio, no una lección ideológica, por muy de acuerdo que esté con ella.

I´m almost finished, the book is good, but the author has added Scottish dialogue and I am constantly getting lost in it. This is the only thing I´m not liking about it, half the time I don´t know what they are saying. But I´m dying to finish to see what will happen!

Super fan de José María Latorre, tengo todos sus libros.

It´s not the first time I have read this book, I love Mary Stewart with all my heart, so I will probably read it again. What I do like about it, and other authors that I have read, are when there is a little unloved child in the story. It´s something that I usually put in my own novels that I write. I have a tenderness for small unloved and ignored children, and this story has a very special little boy in it.

I´m amazed at the beautiful writing and witty descriptions that the author makes. I´ve barely started the novel and I´m entranced.

So far really good.

The novel is good, now this is just me and my tastes; I get bored when a carácter goes off on deep emotional thinking that lasts several pages. I want action, dialogue, but not this. But I reiterate, the book is good overall.

It´s going real well! Lot´s of mystery and action. I like that the characters all basically hate each other... LOL.

I just started this two days ago, and I'm in love.

I heard about this poet from someone that I follow on X, and I must say it is absolutely close to my heart the way W.S. Merwin writes.

My queridísima amiga, María Victoria me ha regalado su libro sobre el paso de Miguel Hernández por Cartagena, La Unión y Cabo de Palos, donde resido desde hace muchos años. Con tan poco leído, ya estoy fascinada con el relato.
