I'm going to be DNF'ing this. My eyes are glazing over, it's just not for me.

Okay - she finally acknowledged the British thing.

Does anyone want to tell me why the audiobook narrator made Logan British?? Did I miss where the author mentioned Logan is British??

Bennett out here still being emotionally immature.

So, let me get this straight. Danielle (nurse) spends a lot of book 1 whining about how she needs a doctor to work with her on the island, so they don't have to travel to the mainland for care and prescriptions can be approved sooner. Bennett hires a doctor right away in book 2, and she whines that he didn't ask her if she wanted him to hire a doctor. 🙄

The audiobook narrator is pretty bad 😬

The author comes across as both judgy and a good friend. She's literally "written" (talked) down about people's fashion and how bad they look.

I'm so burnt out on size emphasis. We get it, she's so teeny tiny and he's so huge and buff. You don't need to tell us every page.

I still have no idea what is happening 😅

I've started this audiobook twice, and have made a small dent in it, and I couldn't tell you anything that has happened so far...

Never would have picked this book up if it weren't a book club pick, and now feel like I can't DNF for the same reason.
