A motivator but the book is mostly about self-promotion how he treated so many people using SPECT scans and supplements mostly, specially his own and unique blends that are expensive as hell. He has been very criticised by his peers, doesn't use any peer review in his studies, every thing in his clinic is targeted to a luxury target and not into science evidence. Don't waste your time!

what such a boring and crappy book. I was expecting a book that talks openly about men's issues and suggests some solutions, instead of that we get a philosophy about women's issues in dealing with men and how men should be more feminine and adapt more to the women needs. The book ends up with a meditation session.
Not recommended!!!

A lot based in the book No More Mr. Nice Guy, goes even further and is quite interesting.
