I’ve been drawn to this little read for a while, so I’m excited to be enjoying the beginning.

I do wish I had read this one first. I like ‘Legends & Lattes’ better so far. But we’ll see. Lovable characters are happening.

I’m at that point with this book where I just want him to get on with it.
I get it. Clever, yes, good.
I’m over it.

Okay, classics. I see you.

I was hesitant to jump into this one. I worried about being disappointed by characters I already love from RPGing. But Baldree gets it. These characters are so thoughtfully built and narrated.

I’ve been so busy enjoying myself that I forgot to add to my Goodreads until now. So far, I’m as equally entertained as when watching the film.

Happiest I’ve been with a story in quite some time.

I appreciate the speed of this series so far. I feel like I’m really getting to visualize and understand the magic system being used, as well as the lore of this oppressed society.

We all love Sazed, right?

Already intrigued. Please let this be a great series. 🤞

Trying to not give up on this series, but I’m so bored.

Such easy writing. Feels like hearing your friend tell a familiar story at the cafe. With each suspenseful moment, you raise your cup as your eyebrows also rise, and take a sip so as not to interrupt with a gasp. You really want to hear what’s next.

This one got me real quick-like.

I feel like we’ve all heard about this series, and yet, color me surprised. I had not really paid attention to what this series was about. And now…a slight percentage in…I’m hooked.

Rushed too quickly from Dungeons and Drama into this one, so didn’t immediately connect to the characters, but now I’m immersed in the new characters and their campaign. 🩵
