This is the first werewolf book I’ve read that’s not largely marketed with such phenomenal writing. I went into this novel on a whim and partially because my standards were so low, I’ve been pleasantly surprised and enjoying things.

I was enjoying the book but it’s hit a lull and I’m struggling to pick it back up.

I am terrified now that I realize there are only 6 chapters left and nobody major has died yet.

I’ve struggled with the inability to read a novel since the pandemic hit and finally I’ve made it past the first few pages. It’s so nice to be invested in a story, entranced from the first page, and not realize how far I’ve gotten or how long it’s been since I started reading. I haven’t felt this in a while and I’m glad to be back in the saddle.

This is a newer webcomic but the world, characters and the overall atmosphere is so engaging! I constantly have new questions every new update. You could definitely say that I’m hooked!

The different perspectives aren’t as awful as I tend to find them. Although I love Mare so much that Iris’s chapters fell like too much time away from my lightning girl. So good though, I’m still in shock that so much has happened and yet I still have so much of the book left!!

That moment when the need to read hits you, but there are so many books to read you shut back down.
