Good stuff! I expected something dumber given the cover.

Legacy code: "If you are at all like me, you think of tangled, unintelligible structure, code that you have to change but don't really understand. Have to give it back to the library and go back home. This is a great book! Hope I can get back to it soon.

How strange that the community section is already showing some age. Things really have been changing.

Already learning tons! A nicely simple and clear style with real data to back it.

I'm leaving the area where the library has this book, so I'm not sure I will be able to finish it.
This book was really really needed for hieroglyphic education. I took Egyptian in college a couple years ago, and we didn't have any basic texts. This one focuses on helping you be a smart tourist by learning to read common monuments and inscriptions that you'll find at museums or famous sites.

Lots of interesting, random stuff so far! Mostly modules I didn't know about.
