Raleighhunter is on page 139 of 176 of Living Fearless: Exchanging the Lies of the World for the Liberating Truth of God
The book is intense and helps us focus on what God wants us to be and relying on God in all circumstances. Jamie Winship also helps you rely on your faith.

The guy uses 10 words where 3 will do. It is slow reading, just because you have to sort through his wordiness. As far as his premise goes, he makes some good points and some inane points.

It is slow reading due to the excessive wording. He makes some good points, but limits himself as well. He is probably not the kind of guy I’d want to hang out with.

3 down, 4 to go. I need to finish this. Much of it was way over my head though.

Einstein's genius is intellectually leading you down the path he wants you to take. I'm not smart enough to jump the rail (pun intended) but he always answers your questions, he intentionally gets you to raise, in the next section.

That and he had too much time on his hands to come up with all this. LOL

Halfway done and not at all what I was led to believe all my life. It is a history book on how to maintain a country going forward based on the past. He doesn't always suggest a strong hand, as I was led to believe.

Not at all what I was expecting. I was expecting more of the original tales, but she just intersperses bits of them in her ramblings.

It is a textbook on how to understand and read fairy tales and why the Brothers Grimm toned them down the way they did.

I'm skipping around reading them & they lose a lot when you write them down. They seem short, somewhat incomplete, & often silly in written form, but I can see how a story teller can embellish them into fun stories to tell around a campfire.

Some are just plain stupid, while others are brilliant. My favorite so far is The Griffin but the Devil and 3 Golden Hairs is the same story, just not quite as goold.

Just read the preface & it is fairly rambling, then she talks about the structure of the book, which is outlined in the table of contents.

I always find it amusing when writers don't understand what a preface/forward/introduction is for. I am one of those odd people who always start there. It is usually helpful to understanding the book.

It has the most useless preface, forward, introduction I ever read. Only read 2 of the actual fairy tales so far, interested, and surprised how short they are. Seemed so much longer when I was a kid. ;)

Extremely common sense so far. Everything seems to be based on a survey where 86% of the respondents were women, so a lot of it is basically responding to nagging.

Also, he is a New Englander & probably has a completely different starting point if he was from Texas or the South. He really starts out hard on men. Maybe because 86% of data is from women. ;)

I was able to understand the 2nd article much more than the 1st but only because I read Quantum: Einstein, Bohr and the Great Debate About the Nature of Reality. I actually learned something in the article. lol

OK, a little over my head. I read the 1st article, Light and Life, and tough reading. The guy is a PhD writing in German that is translated to English about a subject I have limited knowledge of.

I will probably need to re-read the article again to gain enough insight from it. It is definitely written for physicists.
