I think the part that was published on the web ended around page 120. The stuff I'm reading doesn't feel familiar at all. The writing style feels more serious, maybe more mature, less vulgar. Still the same type of leading you along, just to blindside you, but not the kind that makes you laugh out loud. More the kind that makes you look over your shoulder. :-)

I really liked what I read in the samples, and 73 pages in, I'm still liking it. Maybe there's a reason she's published 26+books, huh? (sigh) I mean 22 books, and St Martin's only got up to "N". Somebody shoot me. :-|
