I’ve read so many Pride and Prejudice, spinoffs, and I have to hand it to this author for nailing the language and the mood. This one had a very slow, meandering plot so if you like a super slow burn, you might like this one.

These books are gold for Poldark fans. A great side quest if you love the show. This is the one recommended to pick up with after the show.

What did I expect?? Haymitch didn’t end up a drunk for nothin’! Super sad.

This book is delightful so far. Just what I needed.

I used to love reading science fiction. Michael Crichton (Jurassic Park) and Peter Benchley (Jaws) were some of my favorite authors. I love suspense and monsters and space travel. This book is super readable. I do get a little hung up on the space MacGyver-ing, but it’s all good fun.

JUST SO DARN DEPRESSING. I'm really trying to read as many Pulitzer Prize winners as possible, but man, I have to come up for air sometimes.

Oooh, okay, okay...she writes such pretty words. Very believable so far. Will keep reading for sure.

Loving this so far! It’s like Anne of Green Gables meets Bloody Jack.

Amy Harmon is killing it on this one. An invisible cord of tension and emotion keeping those pages flying!! In my opinion, this is one of her best books to date. Smacking me upside the face like from Sand and Ash.

Simple and profound. I re-read several sections because they are just that good. Highly recommend for anyone trying to receive answers and direction in life.
