I've heard that if you eat to prevent cancer, you will also be preventing heart disease, type II diabetes, auto-immune disorders, and a host of other diseases. This book looks at diet on a molecular level. It's beautifully presented and the writing is not too technical. A no nonsense approach to health, based on science and on the history of how peoples of the world ate before the western, industrialized diet.
