Very interesting book so far. I'm at the part where Rick is performing in Las Vegas and his dog had just died and he's in a bit of a depressing mood. The one night he follows a bird that was flying believing that it was the spirit of his dog.

Very interesting story so far. I never knew that Rick tried to kill himself when he was a teen. I also didn't know that he was into psychic reading and all the supernatural stuff. Also! I didn't know that he was teen pop idol for a few weeks too.

Really enjoying this book, I never knew that he was from OZ Australia. I also didn't know that he had a long career from the late 60's in California.

I really enjoyed this book because of the plot. I love how it started in New York and ended all the way at Mount Everest. I also liked how Sun-Jo who got all the good equipment was the one who needed help from Peak, who had the older and used equipment. The mountain really does pick who it wants to make it to the summit.

So far, I've hit the climax of the story when Peak finds out that Zopa is really trying to give Sun-Jo the chance to climb the mountain as well. Now Sun-Jo is at a different camp to make sure he isn't deported.

So far, the girl reporter has entered the camp and starting to bother the boy and his father. Also, a huge storm has hit ABC forcing his dad to bring down a guy who almost died.

Really starting to enjoy this book now. Was confusing at first but then it all made sense about how this kid was a skyscraper climber in New York, but got in trouble and had to get deported to Nepal with his dad.

I like how so far, this kid is starting his journey through China, but he still does his language arts homework because he looks up to his teacher.

I loved this book. It talked about everything from stereotypes to buying real estate to bringing your own grog to a party.

I like how it is starting to talk about the personalities. It really talks about the deep down personalities of Aussies.

I'm really enjoying this book so far. I'm liking how it is going over all of the tourist attractions now.

I like this book so far. It is fun to read what the people think the stereotypes of people are.
