Great bed time read. Just the right amount of interesting to hold your attention for long enough to put you to sleep with the dense subject matter.

Not a very pleasant man to read. Hm. Maybe the book could still prove to be otherwise.

You really can't stop once you start reading. So hard to put it down.

How does it manage to both warm by heart and break it so easily. The empathy here is incredible.

Lots of trivia and a glimpse into just how cruel, biased and self involved we are. Reading history is so depressing, no wonder people in power keep insisting on rewriting it.

The pace is so slow. Not much has been revealed and I am already half way done. The parts that are revealed were either bit anti climatic or were revealed in the first 20 pages itself.

I do like how the relationship is developing between the two sisters. But it’s not enoughh

Audiobook while I do some admin work. Alright so far. If I was reading it, I might’ve liked it less.

Just finished Consensual Rape by Mary Fleener.

Ouch. The title to the art. Ouch all over.

I am confused. Still intrigued though.

Reads easy.

Side note: The slow exposition feels more forced than natural.

Oooh, this friendship! Ramy is brilliant. Looking forward to how Letty would respond as their friendship grows and it is harder to defend the acts of her nation against nations of her closest friends.

Love the etymology lessons sprinkled throughout.

Really enjoying it so far. Ramy just got introduced and I am excited to see how their relation develops. Everybody needs that one sassy friend to eat candies on the floor with!

Having a really hard time finishing it. Maybe not the best pick for a universally fun read.
