Could not finish it

One of my first reads of an antiquity historian. In his parallel lives, Plutarch articulated the personal qualities of these heros. His narrative is not in a chronological order, but he groups quotes and behaviours that show either valor or magnanmity or something else.
I was mainly intersted in Aexander's life, but I came introduced to others, e.g. Pelopida and Demosthenes.

The book takes a critical view on history and tries to present an unbiased view of the history of Christianity, devoid of its heroism.
