I rarely DNF a book, but this author's worldview is so different from my own that this book is not useful for me. I made it to "fundamentalism" and had to stop. Personally I don't ascribe to fundamentalism but the author doesn't discriminate between belief systems and seems to disparage them all. He spends more word count than other chapters berating faith and any who have it. I just don't find that instructive.
