So they're locking their own phones up...this is a terrible idea.

Pip is going to extreme lengths just to get xanax?? why doesn't she just see a different doctor? she already knows this drug dealer supplies roofies to people.

She's requiring Jamie's family to agree to being on her podcast? Why can't she help them find Jamie without putting it on air? We don't have any reason to believe yet that the general public will be able to help.

I requested the audiobook in August, but it's taking so long that I gave up and got the paperback from the library. Intrigued that Pippa is immediately going against her teacher's ethics warning about interacting with the families involved in the death.

So I get that we're supposed to be wondering if Charlie is the killer, but then was anyone arrested after the attack? I imagine it's usually easy to blame whoever is holding the knife. With all the news coverage we get, why does no one mention the murderer? Or the fact that the person "got away"?

I'm rereading the Hunger Games, but it's my first time with this book. My plan is to finish it before starting Mockingjay, so that the Hunger Games will be over when I'm done reading. I don't want to finish the series and then get thrown back into the games with this book. Too depressing! I've already seen the movie.

Finished Heaven to Betsy! Taking a break to return to the hunger games, and then back to Betsy in Spite of Herself.

While describing sewing tools: "the needle is a hard, long, pointy object with a hole at one end that carries thread through material." Um, anyone reading this book DEFINITELY knows what a sewing needle is LOL
