This is the second of Riley Sager books where I just don't get it, I do not like these characters and am overwhelmingly frustrated with every thought in her head

This "family" seems not on the level

Legit everyone who says they are not a cult in this book, they inevitably are. But man we are slow to get anywhere with this one
