Rough 2nd read-I’m going to drop it to 3.5

This is way more grossly graphic than I was anticipating-but the language was fascinating. I kept looking up words and some had no definition but fit perfectly.

Totally hooked.

Just great-I listened to this on a long road trip and I was so engaged. I laughed aloud multiple times which a prob why I needed the re-read before the 2nd book comes out. Thoroughly enjoyable.

This one was great and right creepy

I finished this book a few days ago and I can’t stop thinking about it-some of the wording is just so good. I loved the phrase about a police car ‘rattling the windows and teeth and guilty consciences’ Apropos read for the time-what does it mean to be human? And what will the advancement of AI bring?

3.5

A little cozy sci-fi was just what I needed
