So Una is the conquering soldier of an Imperial state? Am I missing something?

I'm sorry, but Tobey needs a swift kick in his ass. I am losing patience and sympathy for him.

This book is really, really frustrating…

Ok the politics between the holidays in this book are a little mind-numbing. Just give me fun flirting and romance!

Keep on slogging. Longest book ever.

Slow going

Struggling with this one. Very repetitive and Backman has introduced a bunch of new characters that I don’t care about. And I really don’t care about the Beartown/Hed rivalry all that much anymore. Might DNF…

An easy but disturbing read. Enjoying it so far

Struggling with this. I love the characters but so far it’s so repetitive, preachy, and overly sentimental. Ari is so lovesick, he’s almost unrecognizable.

This books gave me ALL the feelings, including a lot of confusion ;). But I really loved all the characters, especially the Brothers Lynch, and I’m excited to read Greywaren (hoping it clears up some of my confusion!)

pg 712 my heart has been ripped out of my body and stomped on 😪😪😪

Already loving this book so much.
