Spoilers on the back of the book for pretty much up to this point. Plus the book tends to spoil itself a bit.

At some points it touches on difficult subjects, and at other times you get sentences like this „when i told Rents about it, he started waffling on about statistics: correlation and regression, the bell curve. All ah was interested in was the bell-end curve in my troosers.“ Pure gold!

The main guy is basically Mark from Peep Show: „How much easier it would have been if I didn't love her <... >. I had to know what happened in court, then understand, embrace, support, forgive – whatever was required. Self-interest dressed as kindness“. Next thing he'll be proclaiming her as „the one“.
