This is an excellent overview of the major issues of philosophy, viewed through a Catholic lens. It is by necessity superficial in many areas because the book tackles the ambitious project of summarizing pretty much every major issue that has been debated in philosophy from the time of the ancient Greeks to the present day. The book inspires me to seek out more in-depth material on many of the issues raised.

I have cleared my Goodreads bookshelves (which have become very cluttered with books automatically added by Amazon) and I'm going to start over. I wish it were as easy to clear the physical clutter as it is to wipe out the digital clutter!
