This book is darkkkk. Like should’ve included some trigger warnings. It’s beautifully written. But damn. I had to take a break. I’m a SA survivor myself and I needed a moment. Holy moly.

It’s not as dark as dark romances I’ve read. I just wasn’t expecting it. This is the first that goes into more detail that I’ve read from Patterson. I’m not mad. It’s good

I’m just entering in some predictions. EJ is Ethan the husband. He obviously killed his parents. That’s why he won’t talk about their death with Tricia. I’m thinking something wild. Literally still reading but I have a theory. Tricia is Adrienne with amnesia. He brought her to the house because it’s his favorite place.
