Struggling to continue. It’s so boring. It takes so many pages for so little action. The inner monologue, albeit sarcastic and good, it’s fu***** too much. And I don’t like the modern narrative thrown in. It takes me out of the story.

I truly dislike reading of issues that are clearly not true, and can be solved by communicating. I am struggling with this book.

DNF chapter 12. I just confirmed that I do not like this trope, and the story and writing wasn’t enough to keep me interested.

At chapter 26 at x1.2 speed, and it still reads so slow. This is so embarrassing. I want to DNF it so bad, but I paid $8 for this. 😩

Absolutely heartbreaking and cruel. I don’t want to go on, and would like to pretend I never read ch 29. I hope this is important for the plot, or this book is getting 2 starts instead of 5.
