having a hard time getting into this, but i think (hope!) it's more that i haven't really had a lot of uninterrupted reading time

intriguing so far

have decided to look in.... we'll see how it goes

really need this to up the fantasy percentage because so far it mainly feels like 1000 pages of historical fiction and that is not what i signed up for

final book on my summer tbr arrived today after having been delayed for 3 weeks so i guess we're pretending it's still summer for a few days into september

lmao wish me luck

really get all the people who says this is practical magic (the movie) in book form because the vibes are vibing

feels good getting back into this after the summer

i get that this series is supposed to be more of a stand-alone series than a part of the overall shadowhunters universe, but i do wish it would stop over-explaining and recapping the plot of tmi and who everyone is every few pages as if 98% of readers haven't also read tmi...
