Ch. 34 -I’m pretty sure there is going to be a case of the switch of the identities coming in about. I think the person that appears as Lenore is actually her sister since I thought Lenore had green eyes, when this lady was talking about Lenore, she mentioned big blue eyes. Also, she mentioned such a shame about her sister with the condition she was in. And it was the original Lenore, who was in a condition.

I couldn’t finish the audiobook- just confused me with the different characters/ characters with multiple names /
Jumping around. Maybe I’d pick up again in hardcover but right now this goes on my dnf list.

Wait!?! There is moments left and did I miss something? This ending with Robin and a slight hint about a mysterious evil man that’s like a God who is collecting orphaned children from strong families.

After some tears, I gave this book a little bit more hope. But finally at chapter 27 I am getting to a moment where I’m actually enjoying it. It took quite a bit to get me here so I can only hope this is the right direction and we keep the Momentum up.

So far, r/w audible, it is so difficult to know who is who. The characters names are so similar that until context clues continue in the story, it leaves me feeling disconnected. I’m hoping that the story itself will eventually be just a few characters so I can start to enjoy the world being built and the people who make it what it is. Right now, even after 11 chapters, have no idea what the characters names are.

Finally! But I want to know what happened to Jameson and Charolettes relationship.

This page here!!! #headexplosion I feel like a lot of the book has been predictable while still enjoyable minus the nonsense Violet tends to stir up with her doubt and secrets but Chapter 21…. did not expect this new tidbit. No spoilers but probably the first genuine surprise of the book so far.
