Oh my goodness, this is the type of writing that made me fall in love with Yrsa Sigudardator in the first place. She builds the dread and suspense, the claustrophobia and terror and the desolate cold of the Icelandic Highlands. I was turning the pages way past bed time, wrapped up in my warmest blanket and cuddling my dog for protection. PSA Puss is ok at the end.

I couldn't get into it. Too many professional references that we rent explained so not am easy read for a lay person

With the exception of not using contractions at all, this was a great read.
