30 pages in and the romantic interest is already painfully obvious.
So far the world is not convincing me. too modern and too many different types of fantasy creatures to be cohesive and believable. It's jarring to read about wolf shape shifters, manicures, ancient fae artifacts, and motorcycle jackets in the same paragraph. I'm holding out hope that it will come together though! Very happy to have this arc
