This was an emotional read for me and hit close to home for reasons I would rather not get into, but I would recommend the book. I loved the pictures of Alaska Hannah painted and the plot line kept me wondering what would happen next. K. Hannah knows how to tell a good story.

Having a hard time getting interested in any of the characters or their situation. May be why it sits unread still.
