I did not see any of this coming and I have no freaking idea where this is going but gods am I enjoying this. I am 100000% invested.

This is like coming home. In the last few days, I've read the opening pages of 4 different fantasy series (all of them high on my TBR list). This one caught my attention instantly. After reading fantasy for so many years, it's nice to finally know what I want and when.
