Finally got to the part about prayer

It's starting to come together for me. I guess this is one of those books that "teach" you how to read it

As with so much I'm rereading right now (I'm reading this for class--I read it first back in my 20s--more years than I want to say!) I'm finding this book very difficult. I'm looking forward to the class discussion to help (hopefully) clarity some of it

This time Teresa feels more challenging than when I read her in my 20s. Maybe because I know myself better. And I'm up to the part about mental prayer & contemplation which I'm finding very helpful

Reading for a class--very interesting, even at moments exciting
