I'm loving the BBC adaptation (I also loved the one with Deborah Kerr)--I'm such a big Brenda Blethyn fan but the Emma is also excellent

Not my usual kind of read but once I started I fell in love with it. Not as demanding as my other reads and totally enjoyable

I'm annoyed with myself at how slow my progress is--and yet while I'm reading I'm completely engaged

fascinating--I can hardly put it down. I remember that time so well

a time I remember well and a group that was unforgettable

And Ayers Dohrn writes powerful and vividly

I am so glad I stuck with this. It's beautiful--moving and inspirational. A beautiful view of who God is

Got distracted by other books. Also, the opening is a little slow--we just got to the monastery so I'm hoping the pace will pick up

I've started this before but didn't love the beginning--I stayed with it this time and I'm blown away

working my way through the Gamache series & having a good time

Interest concept--I'm certainly intrigued.
