He is very set in his routines and in his little bubble. Seeing his bubble burst and he start having new thoughts and ideas is so important.

I am pretty annoyed at a lot of stuff so far. Not so bad where I DNF (thought about it though). So far, not a fan of the writing style. It sounds like it was heavily AI influenced. Theres no way for me to prove it though, so I will just say I don’t like the writing style. A lot of character and world development is pretty unrealistic and agrevating.

Violet is still mad at Xaden for lying, Rhi is mad at Violet for being cryptic, everyone is still out to kill Violet, Andarna is still asleep… ready for some plot development. Whats up with the burnt out mender dude? Will Jesina to put together the whole corrupt government thing? I don’t even care about V&X ‘s relationship at this point. Somebody please kill Varrish already.

I may not finish. The pace is too slow and I am not invested in the main character, Emily, or yer research in fairies. Meh.
