Remarkably, I am invested even though none of the POV characters are the typical archetypes I usually like. And yet. I'm into them.

This book is giving me a found family and hitting me in the face at the same time

This is going to hurt...

This book is hurting me in the best possible way

We didn't need one final chapter per character, we really didn't.

If I'd taken a shot every time a love confession or big reveal were interrupted by other characters, I'd be in a coma right now. It's my least favourite trope and it's so overused in this book it's making me dizzy.

That plot twist doesn't make any sense.

“Nice dress.”
She narrowed her gaze. “Don’t pretend like you’re not dying to rip it off me.”
“I’d rather rip my own eyes out.”
“Well, I can help with that.”

The dialogue in this book tries so hard to be cool and edgy...

So far, the only characters in whom I'm somewhat invested are Olivier and Emilio. Everyone else is just background noise.
