I almost set this book, which I bought for myself on impulse at Grimey's, because the voice is so choppy and unpolished at the start of Chapter 1. I don't know if it's Shrake being clumsy or maybe trying to maintain the rhymes of his interview notes or if it's like a movie that gets that way in the editing room, but so far I'm glad I hung in there.
