I definitely read this online as a kid but MAN its spooky - my heart was RACING at this last part

I'm kind of obsessed with this already - I feel like this honestly could be a 5star or a 2star depending where the author goes with it

This seems like a CRAZY amount of backstory and build up and now I have what? 60 pages? Left for the story to actually happen. I'm so curious how this is gonna go down but im also becoming more concerned that I'm going to be disappointed

It's been an almost year-long commitment of me reading the other books in this series because I was convinced that I would like this one way more if I actually knew what was happening and now I truly could not be more excited for a book in this type of series LOL I am very convinced it's going to be a five star because my love of Niko has grown exponentially every book

I'm really liking how much we're getting of the boys in this one because I feel like this entire series we keep hearing about this rivalry between all of them and we never really see it - Landon vs Niko is great every time theyre on page I kinda wish THEY kissed 😪

I kinda keep forgetting I'm still reading this because we kind of got this nice little ending?? but its only 30% in?? which is terrifying but also my brain is convinced i already finished this lmao

Arc 8 How to Own Five Buildings

this was SO CRAZY - especially with how the game was won I was like WHAT?? I thought this horror game was already fun because it was a "the true horror is actually capitalism" which I always enjoy, and I assumed it would be just sort of a throw away/whatever game that pushed the plot forward but didn't have a ton going on. And then it turned into the craziest thing EVER

Arc 7 Yinshan Village

This was INCREDIBLE. This is absolutely one of my favorite games they've played because I'm a much bigger fan of story based game and this one was awesome in the ghost/folk lore regard, but then also the actual story was SO well done. This is the first one that has truly spooked me but also the INSANE plot twist at the end that was CRAZY and I did not see that coming at all holy shit

I'm rereading this but doing a buddy read with my husband whose never read it before!!

I found out Goodreads has I Became a God In a Horror Game in volumized editions (they're thai but oh well) so I'm going to use these to keep track of as well as my mini reviews on the original "edition" i've been using since last year!
