Sara is 20% done with Mindsight: The New Science of Personal Transformation

Living up to the non-fluffy rep. Much neuroscience, some anecdotes to illustrate concepts. Terminology feels a little hokey sometimes but it gives quick access to complex concepts; I'll give it a pass.

I dunno. I've got sort of a bad feeling about this. But I'm only a few pages in--I'll go to at least 25% before I give up entirely.
