No spoilers but didnt like the ending, and the changes within from previous books made some items of information hard to follow

I don’t know how I feel in the end. Life is not a story book.

Absolute banger this book. On to the next

Very satisfying. And preferred Brandon's. He removed a lot of wat annoyed me in the previous. No adjusting skirts. No sniffing here and there. The sexism less too. Enjoyable read

I enjoyed parts of the book, but this was my first T.D Jakes book I found had to follow or keep up with through the entire length of its pages (the failings I believe to be my own, not the writer's)
Ask me what the book is about, and I'd say Instincts

And?

Then I'd stutter

Great to read outside your favorite genres once in a while. Impressed by the weaves that went into creating this story, and the complex characters. A really dark novel not for the faint of heart.

Timothy is reading A Christmas Carol
I've read tell simplified versions in my childhood and watched several cartoon versions, with Jim Carey's animated rendition ringing the most true. But it was only when I watched The Man Who Invented Christmas that I was spurred to pick up the classic version by Dickons himself. A most enjoyable book. Loved loved loved it

Last time i introduced my book club to a great book, the series did not finish and their addiction to it has made many of them irritable. If I go to them with this, would they not stone me before giving me a chance to redeem myself

I should stick to genres I like and stop experimenting. That's all I have to say

Currently displeased with the beginning because it seems so unreliable and poorly thought out. The book has not been calling me like book 2 did. Plodging through

This is the worst book I've read this year. There was a reason i boycotted Stephen kings books. Does he expect us to be surprised at the deaths or hopeful that the boy survives? Or have some sort of emotional attachment to the boys dying off? Crap

I seriously wished I had known before starting this series that it was not yet complete. Finding it difficult to slow down the pace of my reading to make it last

At first, I hated it. Then tried to be more objective and give it a chance and I hated it even more for reasons different from the start: I hated the Harry Potter similarities, I hated the stupid book manual, hated the building up. Towards the very end I started to mellow down and maybe even enjoy it. Writing is hard. She did a great job trying to build an overlapping world. I hear part 2 is much better so. ..
