I'm being forced to read this against my will. Anything you hear otherwise is patently false.

If my philosophy 101 course in college was structured more like this book (i.e. a history of western philosophy from plato onward, as opposed to what I got - i.e. a course on general themes and mostly the basics of logic), I would have enjoyed it a whole lot more.

Currently reading this at a rate of one poem per day, every morning, meaning that it will take me a bit short of an entire year to finish. Putting this here as a reminder to myself to keep up the daily reading!

I keep trying to find poetry that I actually like, but for the last 50 pages of this admittedly short collection, I’ve been struggling to enjoy any of this. In fact, I hate it. Fortunately, this edition doesn’t actually contain her complete works, and is only just over 100 pages. That being said, I really don’t know if I can power through the rest of this.
