I’ve known about Eowyn’s big moment for years but still I WAS NOT PREPARED

I’m glad I stuck with this because the first half is pretty rough but picks up. Her latest book kept me moving

Other positive adjectives exist besides lovely. Not sure the author is aware.

One reviewer pointed out that reading this book is being trapped inside the head of an emotionally feeble 35 year old man and I confess I was trepidatious.
Fortunately Alderton is wildly skilled and she teams up with the incredible audiobook performer to make it enjoyable.

I fear this book is bad but I might as well finish it

Enjoying but does *every* sentence need a simile?

I am not enjoying the audiobook but will revisit with a print book
