I really like the story. I’m really enjoying it. I’m listening to the audiobook version. But I will be completely honest here, the one thing that’s kind of driving me bat shit crazy is MC.
I feel that she has too much of a victim mentality. She does not put her foot down and do for herself without lots of guilt and self flagellation

Im on Chapter 32. Audiobook. I'm questioning this "madly in love after 2 weeks on a cruise at age 14" storyline. I was a tad put off by it at 1st but I get it. I remember 14. That age. All of those teenage hormones and dreams of that first all consuming love. Couple it with a beautiful cruise & bam!
