I'm sliding into a reading slumb, but somehow Reid's books are always so entertaining and easy to read, it was easy to jump right into the story even I didn't feel like picking up a book at all.

There's no plot?

This is so boring

I hate how naive she is ... That man even said he's only using her and after he kissed her she's looking at him with heart eyes and travels with him to an unknown place to meet some of his friends. 🙄

I just spent two hours within Book I, because this time I want to inhale everything. There's so much hidden within these lines once you take a closer look.
For example everyone around Achilles is described with words like "wrath", "anger", "rage", but not him. We only know how emotional Achilles is by the way he speaks. When it comes to him it's "show, don't tell" and not just "tell" like the other characters.

"Oh we are going out. I am going to romance the hell out of you, Ryan Price."

I just love what a great ally and green flag Wyatt is! So wholesome to see how he tries to make Ryan feel comfortable. Great teammate, love him.

Oh yeah... A mating bond. Sex scenes that revolve around that mating bond only. I hate it. I'll never understand how people think it's hot or romantic when two characters are forced to be attracted to each other and to love each other because some genetic lottery decided that they're fated mates 🙄
