Heavy read but wow. I could not put this down. The perspective in this book was painful, made me cringe, begging for Vanessa to realize what happened. Devastating but so beautifully written.

Well that was something different! Enjoyed the characters, not sure why this is getting so much hate for a slave/master relationship. It is fiction, and after reading it I don’t get it. Not what I was expecting after some of the comments/reviews I have seen. I will definitely continue this series. Read the first chapter of book 2 and cannot wait for it to come out.

Wow!! This book had me intrigued from the beginning! I do have to admit I knew one of the twists almost immediately, but it was still such a great read! I cannot wait for the next book, I need to know what is going on.
