This book is fascinating so far but also feels very lengthy but that could be due to that fact at like 25% of the way through the book we had *just* gotten to William the conqueror

Phil Knight seems like kind of a bad dude… however this book is still super riveting

I’m only 4/15 shoes through and this book is already so so good. A perfect blend of the history of basketball shoes and the sport of basketball as a whole. The book is also surprisingly funny and I have found myself chuckling out loud in a number of places!

I am finding this book very interesting, but the author's writing style is becoming annoyingly very self righteous the further into the book I go.
