Really good and valuable. Finally, thoughtful people putting the pieces together to help us navigate the frustrations of where individual personal responsibility ends and systemic change is required. Not a complete answer, of course, but full of useful insights.

I'm going back and forth from being bored to somewhat impressed.

Admittedly, I've learned a fair amount of this for work purposes... so, I'm not coming to the text without previous knowledge about marketing, digital marketing, branding, and events strategy...

Some of this is similar to material I've ghostwritten for blogs... which is to say there is some industry standard knowledge.

And then there are surprises.

This is cute, educational (in an easy to approach way), fun, and wholesome.

It definitely has strong coffee table book vibes.

The kind of book you flip through sections of at the library if you're planning a roadtrip thru a certain region in the near future.

Some practical, step-by-step, and actually pretty wise, level-headed, worthwhile ideas for better centering your core values, setting intentions / goals.

I'm about 50 pages in (out of 170).

I did not have high expectations. It doesn't start off great imho.

About 40 pages in this actually gets meaningful and potentially quite useful — especially if you haven't experimented or done a bunch of internal soul searching about why you do what you do — your goals, values, mission, purpose, aims, desires (etc).
