I've spent the first quarter of this book waiting for the other shoe to drop. This is the most anxious I've been about 2 characters in a while.

Definitely anxious starting this one. I loved the first book so so much (still feeling anxious about that ending though). And now, I'm nervous about where this plot is headed. We shall see.

Holy shit. I'm so in love with Oraya. She is the epitome of when empathy becomes your greatest strength, despite the trauma that sits inside you.

10/10 on this last trial. I'm hooked, man.

This girl got TRAUMA. And im here for it. I'm so glad she is the way she is. We'll see if i trust any of these characters. (I'm really loving this so far, honestly. was a lot more brutal than i originally thought)
