Reading slump sucks 🫠

Blacklist Cait Corrain. This debut author created Goodreads accounts specifically to one star bomb other debut authors. Worst of all she chose POC names. Theres so many books out there, don’t read hers.

It’s so weird to feel like you’re at odds with yourself. Part of me wants to read a new book entirely. The other either wants to continue my ACOTAR reread or read CC2 lmfao

I can’t remember the last time I reread a book. I love ACOTAR so muchhhh ⛰️ ✨

It’s taking willpower to not just reread ACOTAR and finish Stolen Heir.. it feels like it’s missing so much. My expectations are low. I don’t like JudexCardan. So it’s not like I wanted another couple like them. I loved the vivid Elfhame imagery and there’s none of it here. I don’t feel like I’m back in Elfhame when I read it and that’s the worst thing about it.

I have two chapters left of Silver Flames and I just need a mini intermission. I’ve never cried so much over a book in my life

I haven’t finished a book/novel since March :/ nothing I read is compelling enough for me to finish. So just been reading or rereading manga lol Here’s hoping I find my next book to finish! T.T

Lately it’s hard finding a book I like and sticking with it 😔
