The rest of the series was a re-read, but I never got through this one as a kid, so I don't know anything other than it being controversial. Equally excited & scared for this swan song.

Had to go back and lower the ratings of the first two books I read this year from 5 stars to 4, because I'm realizing they were nowhere close this reading experience.

Still a long way to go, but I cannot see myself giving this anything other than 5 stars.

No big deal just me re-reading the most defining book of my childhood

Absolutely love this book so far, but I wouldn't recommend reading it if you are busy with other things and can't give it your full attention. It's quite long and everything's connected. I've been very lucky to have had no school nor work these last couple of days.
Can't wait to unravel the mystery... 120 pages to go.

Promising start. I had missed Robin and Strike's relationship and this new mystery seems interesting so far. Fingers crossed for the rest of the book.
