wow imagine learning about your best friend's death from a true crime podcast

Ma'am I just started this book you don't need to call me out for my morbid true crime interest.

had to return to the library before I finished. will check out again to finish reading.

Finished chapter 2. Nowadays we know ballistics is not nearly the hard science we had been led to believe it was. They can determine the type of gun a bullet came from but cannot concretely say it was a specific gun (ex. It's a .44 Bulldog vs it's Greg's .44 Bulldog). Very compelling read so far. I've watched the Netflix doc several times and I'm interested to see what was updated in the doc from the book.

Finished chapter 1. Terry is dead so he can't know this but Arlis's murder was recently solved. The security guard was linked by DNA evidence but unfortunately died by suicide before he could be arrested. Knowing this will likely impact the rest of Terry's case if he hangs too much on Arlis's murder. Don't know who the sandy haired man is though.

I just started this book and we're already at the point of "oh no he's hot." This is going to be fun.

"Getting in shape made her a better wife, mom, and friend." Ummmmmmm what? Wtf are you talking about bro. Strong disagree on this. Like being healthy is great and all but strongly disagree with this premise.

I'm surprised and disappointed that this book is written from a Christian perspective. I was under the impression that it was just a general book on boundaries. This might make non-Christians feel like this book doesn't apply to them. We'll see what I can learn from this book.

So uh, Rosemary's husband had sex with her while she was asleep. ... Don't really know how to feel. She's pretty upset though which is good considering this book was originally published in 1967.
