AChef is 45% done with The Moosewood Cookbook: Recipes from Moosewood Restaurant, Ithaca, New York

Of all the cookbooks I have read and it is well into the 1000’s; this is number one.
It is vegetarian; easy, accessible, beautiful, clean food. I love the sauces and casseroles. I love the soups and salads. It doesn’t pretend to replace meat like some do… and there is def a place for that. This is just so simple. I love the type print. I love the notes. I love this book.
